One of the most interesting tourist attractions of Syunik. 6th-century obelisk has been preserved in Aghitu village of Syunik region. Two rectangular pillars rise above the vaulted tomb, and in the centre, there is a high octagonal column richly decorated. The obelisk is decorated with pomegranate, grape and other herbal ornaments.
