Haghartsin monastery is situated in Tavush region 18 km from the town Dilijan. The oldest church of the monastery named St. Grigor was constructed in the 10-th century and the other two churches, St. Holy Mother and St. Stepanos was constructed in the 13-th century. There are also chapels, gavits refectories and other historical monuments in the monastery area.
